Orientation meetings for the instructors who will teach the GLB 101 and GLB 300 courses during the Fall 2026 semester were held on Tuesday, September 22, at Abdullah Gül University.
The meetings brought together the GLB Coordination Committee and the instructors of each course. During the orientations, instructors were provided with comprehensive information about the course structure, content, implementation process, and expectations for the semester.
The meetings also provided an opportunity to discuss previous course experiences, identify potential challenges, and exchange suggestions and best practices for improving the quality and effectiveness of the courses. Particular attention was given to ensuring consistency in course implementation and supporting a productive learning experience for students.
In addition, the orientation meetings allowed the instructors to meet one another and establish a foundation for effective communication and collaboration throughout the semester. The suggestions and recommendations shared during the meetings were recorded to contribute to the continuous improvement of the GLB courses.
